The Pundi-Pundi team is proud to introduce Pundi X
Pundi X is expected to become the world's largest decentralized, offline
cryptocurrency sales network. It is 'decentralized' because the ecosystem and
transaction records live on the blockchain. It is 'offline' because our entry point is
via Point-of-Sale (POS) devices installed in physical outlets. Pundi X devices allow
users to buy cryptocurrency anywhere and anytime.
X Pundi consists of:
- Pundi X POS device - a physical machine that uses our XPlugins and
connects to the Ethereum blockchain. This device is available in convenience
stores and retailers near you, connecting together to form the world's largest
offline sales network.
- Pundi X blockchain - based on the Ethereum blockchain. Smart
contracts are used to store transactions and credit rating data which is then
held in the blockchain, ensuring a high degree of trust in this decentralized
and secure network. All Pundi X POS devices have XPlugins.
- PXS tokens - the "gas" that powers Pundi X. Sellers must purchase
PXS tokens in order to list their goods, services or cryptocurrency. As the
number of Pundi X POS device grows, so will demand for PXS. 30% of PXS
will be distributed in the upcoming ICO with the rest distributed to PXS
holders over the following three years.
The Pundi X business scope outlined above may be modified according to local
laws and regulations, at the sole discretion of the management team.
Vision
Regular consumers are not cryptocurrency experts. They read about bitcoin
and the blockchain; they also witness the rise and fall in the value of bitcoin; yet
99% of these people do not know how to buy bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. Only
specialists really understand the meaning of 'private and public key', 'bitcoin
addresses' and 'signatures'. For consumers, this is a confusing muddle.
So suggesting that regular consumers go out and purchase bitcoin is like
asking them to use the stock exchange to buy groceries: it is unimaginable. What is
even harder to understand is that very few people are trying to address this issue
today!
Pundi X is here to solve an important problem by helping regular consumers
buy cryptocurrency - as a bottle of water from a convenience store.
We allow cryptocurrency investors, developers, exchanges and blockchain
companies to each benefit from our Pundi X solution, with the greatest benefits
going to our ICO token holders.
The Pundi X sales network features hundreds of "Pundi X POS" (Point-ofSales)
smart device. Consumers only needs a "Pundi X Pass" card to buy
cryptocurrency on the Pundi X POS, and retail outlets can top-up cryptocurrency on
user cards, just like on contactless travel cards. Consumers can also buy
cryptocurrency with fiat currency, bank cards or digital wallet apps.
We believe that almost everyone can benefit from owning and using
cryptocurrency, and in this document we will explain its various uses as well as the
safety precautions built into Pundi X.
Pundi X Management Platform
The Pundi X Platform is a visual management system consisting of Pundi X POS devices. Everyone from cryptocurrency investors to developers and advertisers can login to the Pundi X Platform to buy or sell items and services. Popular applications include advertising cryptocurrency and selling cryptocurrency. All transactions that are executed by the PundiX devices are recorded in the blockchain for easy access and tracking.
Token Reward
PXS 3-year incentive program
This ICO will sell 30% of the total PXS, of which 20% will be sold to the public
and 10% will be retained by the company, founders, advisors and for marketing
expenses related to this ICO. The remaining 70% will be distributed to all tokens
holders, at a distribution rate that reduces every year. (Further information is
provided in the chapter on ICO details).
In the first year 40% of the PXS will be distributed, 20% in the second
year and 10% in the third year.
Selling PXS on our platform
PXS is a key component of the Pundi X ecosystem. Any company or individual
that wants to connect to the Pundi X network sales will have to pay a transaction fee.
